We will gladly refund any DVD within 14 days of purchase provided it is still sealed.

Regretfully, we are unable to refund any opened DVDs in accordance with the Australian Piracy Act 2001. In addition to this, we cannot refund CDs, or DVDs which come from the supplier unshrinkwrapped.

In the event that you have received a faulty DVD or CD, we will gladly exchange it for another copy of the same title. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 14 days or purchasing the item. We will then instruct you to send us the faulty item so we can issue you with a replacement copy.

IMPORTANT: If a DVD is not playing, please test it out on at least one other DVD player before requesting an exchange, as more often than not, the DVD player's lens is either dirty, or there is a compatibility issue between the disc and the player.

Common problems regarding DVDs:

DVD plays in black and white
You have purchased an NTSC-formatted disc, and your DVD is not NTSC-compatible. We sell a few NTSC titles (Warner Bros in particular issues quite a few NTSC discs), but we will specify in the title description if the disc is NTSC. If you purchase an NTSC DVD without checking to see if your DVD player is compatible, unfortunately we cannot refund the DVD, as technically there is not a fault with it.

DVDs play on one player, but not another
Newer discs on the market have more "complex" encodings, which may not be readable by older DVD players. Again, this is not a fault of the disc, but a compatibility issue with your player.
